Cancellation Policy
 

Request for cancellation should be made by contacting our support team before we ship the parcel to the assigned courier service. Order cancellation request after the items have shipped from our warehouse will be rejected.

Any request for cancellation, which is registered after the payment has been completed, shall be completed immediately.

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

Items returned should be in new original condition & original shipping container as received. If the product’s original sealed box is opened, have been used or damaged. Request for refund will be declined.

Items returned should be packed with decent protection to prevent damage during return transit. Refund/exchange request will be rejected if the items are lost or damaged during delivery transit.


BestBuy IT Mall Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for your shipment lost or items damaged during transit.

All goods sold are considered final and non-refundable. We only accept refund request for following reason

 

  1. BestBuy IT Mall Sdn. Bhd. had shipped the wrong items to courier services.
     
  • Customer may request either exchange back to the original items that were ordered or refund in this situation by contacting our support team within 7 days from the date on which the Product is delivered.
     
  • Round-trip delivery cost will be borne by BestBuy IT Mall Sdn. Bhd.
     
  • Receipt or Invoice should return together with items.
     
  • Items returned should be in new original condition & original shipping container as received. If the product’s original sealed box is opened, have been used or damaged. Request for refund will be declined.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will go through necessary checking. Your refund request will be approved If everything is in new original condition, with original shipping container as received, unused, undamaged, unbroken sealed box. Our support team will reach out to you and collect info necessary for the refund process afterward.
