Our warranty support only provide for customer purchased from official website (https://www.mybest.my) or retail store. Any product purchased from Shopee or Lazada platform will need to chat with that particular online store for further support.
Simply bring your item(s) or courier to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase, and we will process your return or exchange.

- Shipping Cost
- We will cover reasonable and customary ground shipping fees for warranty claim return up to RM30, if customer is returning manufacturer-defect or incorrect items. Customer please send back at standard shipping rate.
- Customer will borne the postage cost in other situations.
- Returning Defective Items
- If you receive a product that is defective, We.my offers 1 to 1 replacement within 7 days on manufacturer defects. Not applicable for accidential damage, human error & natural disaster. This offering only asvailable for item purchased from our retail store or officail website (https://www.mybest.my/) .
- Please take note that if the product is deemed to be in working condition and no fault found for warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim, a service fee of RM 50 may be applied with the to and fro shipping charges.
- Returning Incorrect Items
- If you receive a product that is not the product you ordered, please return it to us – and we'll arrange for a replacement.

Warranty Service & Repair Service for Item without Warranty
- Item without warranty
- For item without / over warranty / non MyBest.my products / etc., there will be warranty services fee from RM30.
- Shipping Cost
- For faulty or defective product, return shipping cost will be bear by customer.
- Service / Repair costs
- Part replacement fee will be advised ahead via phone or email before the repair by our vendor/supplier/service center. BestBuy IT Mall will only proceed ahead after getting customer consent.
- No charges shall be imposed in the event the customer refuses to repair after a verbal or printed quotation has been given. BestBuy IT Mall cover only hardware problem and hardware defect due to manufacturing issues. There will be fee for other issues such as software, configuration, networking and etc. is chargeable. We encourage customer to enquire if you have questions.
- Data Protection
- Customer are responsible for any software installed in the PC and the hard drive(s).
- BestBuy IT Mall is not responsible for any data loss. Please backup your data.
